GENERAL VIEW

I'f you're in the market for a view camera, with a full compliment of swings, tilts, shifts, horizontal/vertical filmback, interchangeable bellows, which is also compact, rigid and good looking, the Kozik MI 4x5 or even the 8x10 might just be the answer. True, you'll see any number of ads in photography magazines from camera manufacturers, whose creations are truly first rate. Of course, being first rate comes with a price tag, and for those who are not quite ready to empty their notebook rightaway this might be worth thinking over. The Kozik MI series are also clever designs and first rate, also the pricetag is there. But it is more friendly. The only drawback is you have to wait a couple of hours (approx.18 hours) to put the Camera together. This can be very satisfying though and you can spend the rest of the money, you want to invest in a nice optic, tripod etc.

The KOZIK M1 is a Monorail camera kit, consisting of 62 parts of aluminum/teakwood and 1 bellows (425mm) groundglass, 12 knobs and instruction booklet, whith many illustrations. On this very moment there are 3 models available.

AVAILABLE IN 3 MODELS

Teak/Alu ...This model is ideal for outdoor use. 50% Teakwood reduces the weight to 2.4 KG.
Alu/Heavy duty...Studio model, very rigid made of Aluminum.
Alu/Light ...As the name implies, a lighter weight at a mere 0.6 KG weight over the Alu/teak version.
